Financial Arrangements

Superior treatment should be financially attainable for all, and therefore, our dental office offers a variety of payment options including cash, check, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and Visa. Flexible finance plans are also available with no interest options.

We accept the majority of insurance plans and as a courtesy to our patients, we will file your insurance claims for each visit. The fees we charge for services are based on the procedure that is to be done. The fees are the same regardless of whether or not insurance is involved. Your policy may base its allowance on a fixed fee schedule which may or may not coincide with our usual fees. You should be aware that different insurance companies and dental plans vary greatly in the types of available coverage. We will be glad to file pre-determination of benefits with your dental insurance carrier before your treatment. If for any reason the estimated amount is not paid by your insurance company, it becomes your obligation.
